(ENG) Third day of official traning and opening ceremony

The 4 buses toke all crews to the city center. Then everybody walked through the main street of Ostrow to the main square. On the ceremony whe had all official talks, and few artistic performances. Only Belarusian team was missing unfortunately. European Champion Sebastian Kawa read official oath on behalf of all competitors. Jacek Dankowski Polish Team Captain and trainer was awarded Tański Medal, the most significant award in polish gliding. Tomorrow is going to be quite good weather so all teams are now resting on the camping site.

Hi everyone! Briefieng is over. Sky is coverd by low startocumulus clouds. Yesterdays results are quite impressive: 105km/h in Club class! From yesterday you can watch the race by LIVE TRACKING! Link is under main picture in blog. Today, at 6PM, there will be official opening ceremony at main square in Ostrów.    Yesterday at grid, i have done first LIVE broadcast from grid. Unfortunately something went wrong, and video is not available now. If there will be a live broadcast, you can watch it on the right side of blog. TEAM AUSTRALIA

Yesterday, the smallest team came to Ostrow - Team Australia. The Team Captain is: Matthew Scutter, the helper is Mathew Scutter, the pilot is unexpectedly: Matthew Scutter. Matthew is taking part in EGC as a training for Junior World Gliding Championships in Leszno next month. He is starting on Discus 2a "A1".
